Welcome to Tech-blogging with the team 'ECO-TITANS' as we design our fuel efficient vehicle, 'MC' for the Shell-eco marathon at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a unique chance to congregate and put our minds into the making of a car that is expected to produce a mileage of 200km /litre.
In this time, of crucial fuel crisis and the need to conserve our conventional resources, Shell gives students all over the world, the opportunity to build fuel-efficient vehicles, and hence we've seized this, to optimize our ideas to the maximum.
This is a blog were we share our developments under the three sub-teams dealing with the Engine design,Design of Frame & Shell and Transmission and the strategical queries from our members shall be discussed during the course of the car manufacturing process. We have chosen to develop a Prototype vehicle, powered by a gasoline which is one of the categories under Shell Eco-Marathon Asia 2010.
